Job Summary

Leading a specialized technical support team, you will oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure activities to ensure alignment between regional business needs and global strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a specialized technical support team to deliver effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals
Direct the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure systems to optimize operational efficiency
Supervise and coordinate professional development and training programs to enhance team technical capabilities
Manage departmental budgets to optimize technical performance and economic outcomes
Collaborate with global service managers to implement international infrastructure strategies that support business growth
Partner with business units to prioritize projects based on resource availability and strategic impact
Oversee data backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity
Manage project execution for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

Technical proficiency in operating systems including LINUX and Windows to support infrastructure management
Foundational knowledge of network protocols, database management, and storage solutions to maintain system reliability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management
